Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery is proud to stock our shelves with the wares of local small businesses and farms. We stand behind the quality and ingredients in every product we offer. If you experience a defect with any item, we will happily exchange, refund, or offer store credit.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an electronic or paper receipt.

Wares
Non-food items such as shirts and housewares may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Food
Due to SC Dept of Agriculture and SCDHEC regulations, we are unable to accept returns of food products. Grocery food items may not be returned unless in case of manufacturer defect. The product must be present and return must be within 7 days of purchase. Goat milk and cow milk must be returned within 5 days of the date of purchase to be considered for refund.

Fruits & Veggies
Produce deemed unsatisfactory may be returned within 2 days.

Specials
Seasonal items, special orders, and items sold on clearance are final sale and may not be returned.

A receipt is required for all returns.

Shipped Orders

You may return items within 30 days of the original delivery date. After this period, we cannot offer a refund. 

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

    • For Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • For Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for online orders. We can happily offer a refund after the item has been sent back and received to us. A new order will need to be placed for any new items in lieu of an exchange.
